Festival News
Korean Programmer, Screenwriter, and Director. Graduated from Korea National University of Arts. In 2002, his short film was selected for the Cinéfondation section at the Cannes Film Festival. Since 2022, he has been responsible for the competition section of the Busan International Short Film Festival, serving as the program curator. He is also employed at Doho Entertainment (Seoul). His notable screenwriting works include “The Mermaid Princess”, “I Love You, Ma Soon”, and “Precious Promise”. Additionally, he has served as a jury member at the SFC member the China North Latitude 30° Short Film Festival.
Chinese Director and Screenwriter. In 2004, his feature film “Barbecue” was selected for the New Film section at the Nantes Three Continents Film Festival and the Future Film section at the Rotterdam Film Festival. In 2008, his feature film “Youth” was selected for the Main Competition at the Rome Film Festival. In 2014, his short film “Hammer and Sickle Both Rest” won Best Creative Short Film at the Golden Horse Awards. In 2017, “Easy+Happy” won the Special Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival and received four nominations at the Golden Horse Awards, including Best Feature Film and Best Director. In 2021, “Northeast Tiger” won the Golden Goblet Award for Best Film at the Shanghai International Film Festival. In 2024, “Bel Ami” won multiple awards at the Golden Horse Awards.
Chinese Scholar and Director, Professor at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2006, his documentary “Who is Haoran?” was selected for the Today’s Filmmaker competition at the Locarno International Film Festival and the Hong Kong International Film Festival. In 2010, he created the documentary “On the Road”. In 2014, his feature film “One Summer” was selected for the Busan International Film Festival and won the Jury Prize at the Vorey Asian Film Festival in France. In 2018, his feature film “The Son Returns” was selected for the Pingyao International Film Festival. In 2024, his feature film “Nesha” premiered at the Shanghai International Film Festival. He has also published academic works, including “Films within Films: A Study of Metafilm”.

Advisor to the Serbian Ministry of Culture and Information, Nationally Recognized Artist, Renowned European Animation Artist, and Professor at the University of Novi Sad. In 2023, he hosted the “Serbian Animation Master Workshop” at the Shanghai University Shanghai Film Academy. During the same period, he represented the Serbian Ministry of Culture and the National Film Center at the China-Serbia Film and Cultural Industry Exchange Conference, actively contributing to the promotion of cultural initiatives under the Belt and Road Initiative. He has previously been invited to create works for prestigious organizations and institutions, including the United Nations, South African National Planning Commission, Global Ocean Commission, UNICEF, World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), and National Geographic. Since 2023, he has served as the Artistic Director of VITA SHORTS.
Chinese Director, Screenwriter, and Curator. Selected for the Golden Horse Film Academy (2020), FIRST Training Camp (2023), and the ACC Asian Cultural Council Artist Grant (2024). As a curator, he has organized series of talks such as “New Directors、New Actors”. His directorial works have been selected for major international film festivals including the San Sebastián International Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival (Asia), Oberhausen International Short Film Festival, Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, and Taipei Film Festival. His series “Dark Fairy Tales” was selected for the 2022 Taipei Golden Horse Film Project Market.
Chinese Producer and Curator. Graduated from CUNY Baruch College with a degree in Finance, and founder of the cultural branding initiative “Twelve Oaks”. Her debut feature film as a producer, “Whales That Do Not Swim in the Sea”, was selected for the Asian Future Competition at the Tokyo International Film Festival. The HAF “Goes to Cannes”, which she co-produced, won the Best Director Award at the Pingyao Film Festival’s WIP. Her credits also include the co-produced documentary feature “Ong Teng”, which was selected for the FIRST Industry Screening, and the narrative feature “Shanghai Daughter”, which was chosen for the Shanghai International Film Festival’s Training Camp. Other works include “Southward”, “Awakening Mountain”, and more.

香港特区政府荣誉勋章获得者、中国戏剧家协会理事、中国文学艺术联合会第十一次全国代表大会代表、香港理工大学院士、香港同胞庆祝中华人民共和国成立六十四周年文艺晚会总监制、春天舞台制作人。导演作品《南海十三郎》（台湾电影金马奖六项提名，并获最佳剪辑奖）、《家有喜事》（香港国际电影节展映，总票房超4800万，创造香港影史票房纪录）、《我和春天有个约会》（包括香港电影金像奖最佳电影在内等七项提名）、《鸡同鸭讲》（香港国际电影节展映，获香港电影金像奖十大华语电影）《圣诞快乐》与《开心鬼》系列等；
编剧作品《阴阳错》、《柠檬可乐》（台湾电影金马奖最佳编剧提名）、《纵横四海》等；监制、制片作品《虎度门》（包括香港电影金像奖最佳电影在内等六项提名）、《白发魔女传》等。同时还参演《天水围的日与夜》（许鞍华导演）、《岁月神偷》（罗启锐导演）等多部经典港片。累计创作八十余部电影，制作的舞台剧代表作《剑雪浮生》连续公演百场，缔造香港舞台剧演出场数及上座率纪录。其他获奖包括：中美国际电影节金天使奖、新加坡亚洲学院创意奖香港最佳剧情片、金紫荆奖十大华语电影、中加国际电影节最佳制片人奖、温哥华华语电影节年度最佳导演奖、亚洲最具影响力文化成就奖、香港舞台剧杰出艺术行政奖、香港艺术发展奖艺术推广人金奖等。

陈东楠 Dongnan Chen
来自陕西西安，毕业于纽约大学纪录片专业。首部短片《声音的颜色》，跟随一位盲人漫游于纽约城的梦境与现实，获艾美奖提名，在加拿大HotDocs首映，美国公共电视网PBS POV播放。《偷》拍摄了三个蜷居在城市角落中的新疆流浪青年，获纽约亚美影展最佳纪录短片，在中外多个电影节、大学与博物馆放映。《旷野歌声》讲述了西南高地上一个苗族合唱团的故事，入选鹿特丹国际电影节、悉尼电影节、以及林肯中心和MOMA主办的新导演/新电影展等等，并在洛杉矶亚太电影节获得评审团大奖。最新作品《历历如画》在IDFA、First青年影展和圣丹斯首映。

独立制片人，电影长片《GAGALAND》入围2023年鹿特丹国际电影节主竞赛金虎奖。电影长片《这个女人》获2023年瑞士真实电影节Zonta女性电影人奖与灼光国际竞赛评审团奖、FIRST青年电影展“FIRST FRAME第一帧”单元年度影像推荐，入围第60届台北金马影展。
短片《新年旧日》荣获2023年86358贾家庄短片周主竞赛最佳影片；2023年基辅国际电影节国际短片竞赛；北京国际短片联展华语竞赛单元、FIRST青年电影展评委。

电影导演、编剧，中国电影家协会会员，山西传媒学院客座教授，第6届平遥国际电影展“桐叶荣誉”单元评委。《残香无痕》入围第42届蒙特利尔国际电影节，作为2019 南非国际电影节闭幕影片荣获最高荣誉“最佳影片Rapid Lion奖”及“最佳编剧”奖，成为首部获此奖项的华语影片。其它奖项包括伦敦国际电影节“最佳原创剧本”奖；中国金鸡电影节“最佳中小成本影片”提名奖等。
长片《异乡来客》入围第34届东京国际电影节“亚洲未来”单元；第16届印尼日惹亚洲电影节（JAFF）；获得第28届法国沃苏勒亚洲国际电影节“评审团特别提及奖”；第12届北京国际电影节ReelFocus“最佳故事长片”奖；第13届金考拉华语国际电影节“最佳影片”“最佳导演”奖；第10届重庆青年电影展“最佳编剧”等。

蒋能杰 Nengjie Jiang
1985年生人，祖籍湖南，常住广州。独立制片人、导演。棉花沙影像工作室、棉花沙图书屋创始人。创作的题材有关注留守儿童、抗战老兵、尘肺病、心智障碍、性少数等群体。代表作有:《村小的孩子》、《矿民、马夫、尘肺病》、《龙老》、《彩虹邮轮》、《将军的卫士》、《矮婆》。作品入围上海国际电影节、华沙国际电影节、北京国际电影节等国内外影展。

邓伟 Wei Deng
生于湖南耒阳。本科、硕士研究生毕业于中央美术学院电影与影像艺术专业，中央美术学院美术学博士在读，现任教于华南理工大学建筑学院。多部影像作品在法国电影资料馆、北京今日美术馆、北京中央美术学院美术馆、东莞21空间美术馆展映。
导演的电影《父亲》获得：第64届德国莱比锡国际纪录片与动画电影节-国际长片主竞赛“金鸽奖”；第36届法国贝尔福国际电影-最佳故事片“珍妮·巴赞”大奖；第44届美国亚裔国际电影节-最佳纪录片新人导演奖；第18届加拿大ReelHeART国际剧本电影节-最佳纪录片奖；第20届加拿大DOXA纪录片电影节-最佳纪录片奖；第5届日本门真国际电影节-最佳外语纪录片奖；第10届菲律宾宿务国际电影节-最佳纪录长片。第61届卡塔赫纳国际电影节、第57届金马影展最佳纪录片提名等。
The festival’s honor deliberation will be conducted under the supervision of Cadillac · Shanghai Concert Hall, incorporating a diverse evaluation system involving both the final jury and joint reviewers. All honors awarded in the Chinese-language competition unit are determined through multiple rounds of democratic voting. In the event of a tie, and if there is no objection from the jury, joint awards will be granted.
Additionally, the Annual Surprise Short Film honor is selected across all units. For details, please refer to the annual regulations. Previous jurors and invited guests include Gao Zhisen, Geng Jun, Yang Yishu, Kang Byung-hwa, Yang Chao, Han Sanming, Yang Jing, Zhang Xigui, Yang Shu, Wang Hongwei, Jiang Nengjie, Li Lichi, Chen Dongnan, Qian Yini, and others.
影展荣誉研定工作将在凯迪拉克·上海音乐厅监督下进行，兼顾终审评委与联席评审的多元评价体系搭建。华语竞赛单元评议产出的所有荣誉均经过多轮民主投票，如出现同票情况，且评委无异议，将以并列奖项的形式颁授。
